Wedding Day-of Coordination and Planning Services

Day-Of Wedding Coordination

Starting at $2,500

Wedding coordination services for the final month leading up to your wedding, and day-of coordination on your wedding day. Services begin approximately 4 weeks prior to your wedding day, but I’m available to answer questions and provide information upon booking (in fact, I LOVE questions and helping out to make sure everything comes together perfectly in the end!).  

You’ll do most of the planning work and secure vendors, then we’ll work together to finalize the details, and you pass off to me about 1 month prior so you can relax and fully enjoy your wedding experience.  

Services included in the Day-Of Wedding Coordination Package:

Upon booking you’ll receive:

  • A link to a shared drive to save and store documents and information.
  • Upon booking you’ll receive a planning checklist, budget spreadsheet, and other great resources to help you in your planning process

We will:

  • Develop the day-of timeline for wedding party, family, and vendors
  • Confirm details with vendors prior to wedding day, and coordinate with them on the day of the wedding
  • Help direct the wedding rehearsal to ensure everyone knows exactly what to do (up to 2 hours on mutually agreeable date)
  • Onsite for the day-of your wedding – typically 10 hours on wedding day
  • Coordinate and direct ceremony and reception set up
  • Coordinate and direct ceremony and reception clean up/tear down

Full Service Wedding Planning

Starting at $8,500

Wedding planning and coordination services for the entire wedding planning process and day-of coordination on your wedding day. Services begin upon booking.  

I will manage the entire planning process, and you can be as involved as you’d like, or sit back and enjoy your engagement to the fullest!

Services included in the Full Service Wedding Planning Package:

  • Upon booking you’ll receive a link to a shared drive to save and store documents and information.
  • Upon booking you’ll also receive a planning checklist, budget spreadsheet, and other great resources – I will track and manage these on your behalf.
  • Initial consultation meeting
  • Design and styling meetings
  • Planning meetings
